Flat rate Labor per Call

This price covers only Labor, all materials billed separately, This covers Troubleshoot, and Repair of up to 2 work stations (Excludes Parts) additional work stations will incur an extra $50.00 per station

Support Contracts

$1500.00

This is a one-year Contract catered to small businesses. Parts and Materials Excluded. This amount is due on the Invoice in form of a Retainer. This covers the intiatial labor of transitioning to a new IT department. Which includes Network Port mapping, End Point Inspection, Asset Tracking (Logging of information to Identify Equipment and its locations) Cyber Security Consult, Educating myself on your needs and how to better serve them! All calls after this will be charged at the current rate.

Rush/Overnight/Weekend/Holiday fee

$50.00

Rush would be Considered Overnight, or within 4 hours of calling in a service event. This fee will not be charged if Davis Systems PC initiates a Rush Order at the convenience of Davis Systems PC

Flat Rate Service

This price is designed for full service. Covers 1 Desktop, 1 Laptop, 1 tablet, 2 Smart Devices, (Home Networking) and Printer setup. Prices can vary with all services offered within Holder, Inverness, and Dunnellon. IT services are as listed for Beverly Hills and within a 15 mile radius.

Single Service Ticket

$75.00

This covers the Diagnosis, and Repair of Common issues on a single device. This price is reduced for Elderly, Emergency Responders, Non-Profits, Single Parents, Veterans, and Teachers.

***This price only covers, IT Services offered in Beverly Hills, Holder, Crystal River, Lecanto, and Hernando. All other areas will require a small fee for Travel Costs.
